OK time to catchup with both the East Championship and League(eu) Group D results in SGL Season X:

So far we are unbeaten in SGL (JUST!) with 2 draws and 3 wins overall (both champ and league.eu)

In UK Championship East:

naughty Vs. Ecstasy Multigaming 16 - 13 / de_inferno

A close game that shouldnt have been anywhere near. We struggled setteling as CTs and our lack of preparation clearly showed in this match.

naughty Vs. SOURCERERS 16 - 7 / de_dust2

A good preformance from us and a terrible performance from SOURCERERS ensured an easy victory.

naughty Vs. [Simplexity] 16 - 0 / de_nuke

Started CTs after knifes and with good comms flowing we easily shut them down with every effort.

The season has started well for us and we now sit joint-top of the league table with SPACE PANDAS, the only other team in this particular division that I feel we could have problems with.

In EU League Div. D we have had a shakey start with 2 draws and a rescheduled game for this weekend.

naughty Vs. xR.Sh!ts 'N Giggles 15 - 15 / de_nuke

We simply were not prepared for this game and it really showed on our CT side. Lost both pistol rounds, so we were fairly lucky to get the draw.

naughty Vs. Hell Express 15 - 15 / de_train

delayed, recheduled and then delayed again. Hell Express were mucking around for 25 mins getting their 5th on the server before hand and we were fed up with the game already. After a very unorganised CT half we pulled rounds back as Ts to draw. A pretty awful result for us.

Thats about it in SGL so far. We are still having a nightmare sorting a solid 5th, being let down left right and center, however, fingers crossed we may have found the perfect man for the job.

xR vs. naughty by nature in SGL Season X League (Group D)

So we found ourselves playing our first League fixture after a default at the beggining of the season.

Our opponents were to be KooL's ex-team and good friends: xR (shitz N giggles!)

After their cracking 16 - 4 result against a higher-rated team (unique.Zowie) in SGL Season X Prem, it was clear that dispite their name and their SGL page that claims: "We are here to have fun and are very likely to stick a tank somewhere on the map so watch teh fook out !!" they are very much here to make a name for themselves and gain the respect of the community as a team.

Their T Side was strong and they used spawns to their advantage rolling the lower site through a quick drop and delayed push to ramp catching our rotation completely off-guard. Naturally they went on to win the rest of the Eco rounds, and were 5 - 2 up on T side of nuke at one point.

We started to settle and KooL started completely shuhtting outside down with his solid awp play, while me and trauma did a good job locking down the upper site, with some rushes thrown in to keep us on our toes.

Overdose was making a nuiscence of himself as the rotation player but as he was a bit rusty, not as effective as he could have been, and with Vito responsible for the ramp, usually solo, he was getting caught on a back foot most rounds as xR heavily worked ramp most rounds.

Some good rotations and solid team work ensured we got 9 rounds on the CT side, but all in all our Defense was flawed, unorganised and lacked focus.

We started the Offensive side with an organised upper fake, to lower-split. The smokes and flashed were not enough to ensure the 3 players and bomb safe passage to the vents however, and we ended up loosing pistols YET AGAIN.

2nd round saw us Deco and hold the lobby, and wait for them to make mistakes and push us, as we knew confidence was high. The round came down to a 1v1 and a plant, but no cigar :(

The trauma woke up and started fragging, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th round all saw the squeeky player dropped, the outside player with fragged or retreating and then ramp over-rotating into our crosshairs. It suddenly became clear that xR were completly unorganised and lacked disapline. We rolled 5 rounds in a row, got impatient and tried gaining early control of outside but we were shut down by their players who had finnally adapted to our agression outside and stacked 2 players to the surprise of Kool, Trauma, Vito and OD.

I was left to clutch in a 1 v 4 in lobby with bomb, clearly wasnt going to happen.. and it didnt.

Last round, xR sitting on 14 rounds, naughty by nature on 15, we only needed 1 round to take the win, trauma went to open up at squeeky again, but was this time dropped early by their defensive squeeky player that had finnally adapted to traumas agressive playstyle, leaving us with 4, we tried taking the upper site, getting an entry and second frag onto squeeky player, me and overdose were exposed upper on a 3 v 2 and were quickly shut down by a sync'd retake from xR.

Final Score 15 - 15

was an interesting game as we both had weak a CT half and solid a T half.

Trauma had to step in to replace Christ0phZ as he was no where in sight! We won knives, and choose T-Side as its by far our strongest side, with Luci picking up 2 crucial entrys we managed to take the B site without much resistance.

We worked off a our default for the rest of the half, with KooL getting some opening awp kills and locking down mid, Trauma was doing his thang at long and vito keeping the defense busy at B, we managed to play a fairly dynamic T half, with various fakes and splits with a cheeky couple of brushes thrown in for good measure. Some nice clutches from both Vito and Trauma also.

We finished the half 11 - 4 thanks to Luci winning his 2 v 1with a lucky deagle shot.

We were confident going into the CT side after a solid T performance, however we lost the pistol round and the following eco rounds. First Buy round and we locked down the A Split and adapted our setups to the anticipated offense. With some cheeky retakes from mAson and trauma on to B site we took ended the game 16 - 7.

Was the best game we have played in a long time, with teamwork from both teams and intelligent play, making it a very enjoyable and interesting game and if we hadnt won the knife round then it could have gone a completely different way.

gotta love the wall of text write ups after a win. ooooo yeeaaaaa.

we will of course be going in to cause an upset and take them down, but its not looking good, as we havent played together since last week :(
